How much of a time commitment is expected?

We meet every Thursday evening and every Saturday from 10:30am to typically around 3 or 4pm.

What do I need to know before joining the team?

A plethora of knowledge and experience is not something we can expect from all of our members. PER is in the business of education.

Who drives the car?

This decision is based off of two metrics: How much a member contributes to the organization AND driving skill
